Thanks to the hard work and dedication of Jonathan Burgos, our Chavez Clubs scholarship program director, the 2021 Chivista graduates received more than $530,000 in scholarships to support their college education.
Jonathan works with our Chavistas who are juniors and seniors to help them prepare college applications and to submit scholarship applications. Our young leaders have been really successful getting accepted into great colleges and also being granted some significant scholarships to support their education.

From a full ride at Dartmouth for Karla Narvaez, to scholarships from UC's, to scholarships that will help our students get started at City College, these Chavistas are on their way to college degrees and making a difference in the future.
