Thank you to all who attended our annual Pizza, Pasta & Prosecco event.
For the Cesar Chavez Service Clubs, 2017 has been a successful year of learning for our Chavistas and a successful year for our clubs. We ended the year with a very successful Pizza, Pasta & Prosecco event at the home of Club Founders Carlos and Linda LeGerrette which raised over $15,000 for club programs.

Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez never misses a Chavez Club event and is one of our biggest fans. Lorena joined us this year with her husband Nathan Fletcher and offered some uplifting remarks for our supporters.
Thank you Southwest Airlines!
Southwest Airlines has become the official airline of the Cesar Chavez Service Clubs with their amazing donation of airfare for our Chavistas annual trip to Washington DC. Southwest also provided two roundtrip airfares that Board member Bernie Rhinerson auctioned off to our guests at the event, leading to a $1,200 donation to the Clubs!

Several Chavista club members and our club managers volunteered at the Pasta, Pizza, Prosecco event. In addition to helping with the event they were exposed to great conversations with the many elected officials and community leaders who attended.
